• AI Services: Automated solutions like PrintQuote AI for print shop operations
• Newsletter: Weekly industry insights delivered via Substack at printingtldr.com

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

4. Purchases and Payment Terms

Digital Products

Premium guides and tools are digital products sold with lifetime access. Purchases are processed securely through Gumroad.

Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed immediately upon purchase
• You authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor
• We may change product prices at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to hello@printingtldr.com.

Access to Purchased Content

Purchased guides and tools grant you lifetime access through our delivery platforms (Notion, Gumroad, or direct download). We do not guarantee perpetual availability of third-party delivery platforms but will provide alternative access methods if platforms change.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, tools, guides, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on Printing TLDR Tools (collectively, “Content”) are owned by or licensed to Printing TLDR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchased guides with lifetime access remain available after account termination unless termination was due to fraud or Terms violations.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services should first be addressed by contacting us at hello@printingtldr.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Köping, Sweden, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Limitation on Claims

Any claim arising from these Terms or our Services must be filed within one year after the cause of action arose, or such claim will be permanently barred.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Printing TLDR regarding use of our Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages (Notion, Gumroad, etc.).
