Terms and conditions for Printing TLDR membership at printingtldr.tools

These Member Terms of Service (“Member TOS”) are a supplement to our general Terms of Use and apply specifically to all registered members of Printing TLDR, including Free and Pro membership tiers.

By creating an account or subscribing to Pro membership, you agree to both our general Terms of Use and these Member-specific terms.

1. Membership Overview

Free Membership

Free membership provides access to:

  • All free tools and guides in the Printing TLDR resource library
  • Large format and DTF workflow references
  • AI prompting starter resources
  • Community updates via Substack Notes

Pro Membership Includes Everything in Free, Plus:

  • Weekly Wide Format Brief intelligence newsletter
  • All premium tools, calculators, and workflow templates
  • Complete AI prompting guides (DALL·E 3, Gemini, and future additions)
  • DTF Printer Buyer’s Survival Guide
  • Production-ready prompt libraries
  • Quality control checklists and workflow optimization resources
  • Priority access to new tools and content releases
  • Faster email support

Printing TLDR serves large format and DTF printing professionals — shop owners, production managers, suppliers, and technical decision-makers who need vendor-neutral, experience-based tools and intelligence.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Available Plans

  • Free: No cost, no credit card required
  • Pro Monthly: $19 per month, billed monthly
  • Pro Yearly: $190 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $15.83/month — save 17%)

Auto-Renewal

All Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Important: You will be charged automatically on your renewal date. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ advance notice to active Pro members via email. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We do not store complete credit card information on our servers
  • You must provide accurate and current billing information
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process payment again within 3–5 days
  • You will receive email notification of the failed payment
  • Your Pro access may be suspended until payment is successful
  • Your subscription may be canceled if payment fails after multiple attempts

Taxes

Subscription prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers:

  • Eligible: First-time Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual)
  • Window: Within 30 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Process: Contact hello@printingtldr.com to request a refund
  • Refund: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days

Important Limitation: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies ONLY to your first Pro subscription. It does not apply to renewals, reactivations, or subsequent subscriptions after cancellation.

No Refunds on Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you cancel after a renewal payment, you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period, but no refund will be issued.

Partial Period Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pro membership at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard on printingtldr.tools
  • Email request to hello@printingtldr.com
  • Stripe billing portal (if available)

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges
  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period
  • No refund for the current billing period (except within 30-day guarantee window)
  • Your account reverts to Free membership at the end of your paid period

Reactivation

You may reactivate your Pro membership at any time by subscribing again. Reactivations are treated as new subscriptions and billed accordingly. The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to reactivations.

6. License and Access Rights

Personal, Non-Transferable License

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access content and tools available at your membership tier
  • Download guides and resources for personal or business reference
  • Use tools and templates in your large format or DTF printing operations
  • Use prompts and workflows in your production process

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share credentials: Do not share your login or password with others
  • Resell access: Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content
  • Commercial training: Do not use content for commercial training or courses without written permission
  • Mass distribution: Do not share, post, or distribute guides or tools publicly
  • Automated access: Do not use bots or automated tools to scrape or download content

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Access After Cancellation or Expiration

Upon cancellation or expiration of your Pro subscription:

  • Access to Pro-exclusive content and tools is revoked
  • You must stop using downloaded Pro materials
  • You may retain work you created using Pro tools and prompts
  • Your account reverts to Free membership with access to all free content

7. Acceptable Use

In addition to our general Terms of Use, all members agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the 30-day guarantee or access restrictions
  • Share login credentials with team members, employees, or others
  • Download entire resource libraries for distribution or resale
  • Use content to create competing products or services
  • Abuse support channels or submit frivolous requests
  • Engage in chargebacks without first contacting us

Team and Business Accounts

If you need access for multiple team members:

  • Each team member must have their own individual membership
  • Contact us for potential volume discounts (5+ subscriptions)
  • Team or business licensing options may be available upon request

8. Content Updates and Changes

Regular Updates

Membership includes access to content updates as they are published:

  • Guides are updated periodically to reflect new AI capabilities and industry changes
  • Tools are improved and expanded based on user feedback
  • New resources may be added to both Free and Pro tiers

Content Modification

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or remove content at our discretion
  • Discontinue specific tools or features with reasonable notice
  • Update guides to maintain accuracy and relevance
  • Move content between Free and Pro tiers

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant content changes.

9. Support

Pro Members — Priority Support

  • Faster response times (typically within 24 hours)
  • Help with Pro tools, guides, and resources
  • Technical assistance with content access
  • Billing and subscription support

Free Members

  • General support via email
  • Help with account access and registration issues

Support Limitations

Support does NOT include:

  • One-on-one consulting or coaching
  • Custom prompt creation or design services
  • Equipment troubleshooting or repair guidance
  • Business strategy consulting
  • Unlimited or instant responses

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension

We may temporarily suspend your account for:

  • Failed payment or billing issues
  • Suspected credential sharing or unauthorized access
  • Investigation of Terms violations
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

Immediate Termination

We may immediately terminate your membership without refund for:

  • Sharing login credentials
  • Reselling or redistributing content
  • Abusing the refund policy
  • Violating Terms of Use or Member TOS
  • Fraudulent activity

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your Pro membership at any time as described in Section 5 (Cancellation Policy). Free members may delete their account by contacting support.

11. Modifications to Member TOS

We may update these Member Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date
  • We will notify active Pro members via email for significant changes
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting
  • Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to modified terms, you may cancel your membership.

12. Relationship to General Terms of Use

These Member Terms of Service supplement our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between these Member TOS and our general Terms, these Member TOS take precedence for membership matters.

All other provisions of our general Terms of Use remain in full effect, including:

  • Disclaimers and warranties
  • Limitation of liability
  • Indemnification
  • Dispute resolution
  • Governing law (Sweden)
